At TeamBowwow, every order is carefully processed with attention to detail.

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days, with an estimated delivery timeline of 5–10 business days depending on your location.

While we partner with trusted courier services, any unforeseen delays in transit are beyond our control and shall not be the responsibility of TeamBowwow.

In the event of failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details, reshipping will be arranged upon payment of applicable charges by the customer.

Cancellations

All orders are final once placed.
We do not offer cancellations to maintain the integrity and efficiency of our order process.

Refunds

We uphold strict quality standards. However, in the rare case of a defective or missing item, we offer a full refund.

To initiate a refund:

  • A clear, uncut parcel opening video is mandatory as proof.

  • The request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.

Once verified, a full refund including shipping charges will be processed.

Exchanges

 

We offer exchanges only, as part of our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Exchanges are accepted for items that are defective or incorrect, supported by a complete, uncut unboxing video.

Size Exchanges

We highly recommend measuring your pet from neck to the start of the tail (in inches) prior to purchase to ensure the perfect fit.

In case of sizing concerns:

  • Exchanges are available

  • Reverse logistics and reshipping costs are to be borne by the customer

Timeline

All exchange requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
Requests beyond this window will not be accommodated.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Reach out to us on Instagram at @Teambowwow98 with your AWB number.

  2. Our team will assist you in selecting a replacement piece.

  3. Applicable reverse pickup and reshipping charges will be shared.

  4. Once confirmed:

    • Your replacement order will be dispatched within the next business day

    • A doorstep pickup will be arranged for the original product

Self-Return Option

You may choose to ship the product back to us independently.

In this case:

  • Only the reshipping cost will apply

  • Return shipping must be arranged securely by the customer
